How to sit on it?

It is important that most of the weight is on your hips and only about 10-15% is on your shins. Also, your kneecaps should not be touching the padding. This will help your back be more aligned and help you feel more balanced on the runners

What Is The Difference Between The Kneeling Chairs?

The differences between our kneeling chairs are the material, the workload, and the comfort of the chair.

If you like being higher (sitting higher) and feel a more hard surface then we would recommend going with the thicker cushion.

Will it hurt my knees?
