Refund Policy

To initiate a return please email our support team info@neckfort.comPlease DO NOT send products back without RMA or approval from our support team. Products sent back without RMA or approval might be rejected and returned back to you. We take no responsibility for any such returns. 

 

Order Cancelations

If you placed an order by mistake or request to cancel your order before it was shipped a 5-10% payment processing fee (depending on payment method used) will be deducted from your full refund. 

 

Defective of Damaged Products

If you have received a faulty or damaged product, please contact us with images/videos of the product within 30 days. We will gladly send out a replacement. If you insist on returning the item, the return will be considered as a "Change of Mind" and it will be your responsibility to cover any return fees and ship the product back to us. A pre-paid return label may be provided, the cost of which will be subtracted from your total refund amount. 


Items Lost in Transit

By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames, however, external factors such as customs delays, bad weather, COVID-19 restrictions, etc. can cause delays. If your order shipping time exceeds our estimated time frame by more than 10 business days, you can contact us and we will gladly send out a replacement or issue you a full refund.


Returns

We accept returns for the first 30 days of receiving the product.

We DO NOT offer free return labels.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When shipping an item back you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.

Usually it takes 1-2 business days for returned packages to be processed, however in busy periods please allow up to 5 business days.

If your product arrives with a missing part we will re-send you the part for free however if you insist on returning the product this will be considered as Change Of Mind.

We offer 30 days money back guarantee on very limited amount of products. If the product is eligible for 30 days money back it will be mentioned on the product page. Extra conditions apply.

Items for return should be shipped back to our warehouse within 7 days from the date that we have provided the return label or shipping instructions. Please note that we may not proceed with the refund if the item has been shipped back to us after 7 days or more. 

Furthermore, please contact our support team and provide the tracking number of the returned items in order for us to keep track of the parcel until received in our warehouse address.  

Please note that we charge a $5-10 restocking fee per item.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged or appear to be in a heavily used condition, including but not limited to scratches, cracks, dents, etc.

Orders where a 'special' case discount code was used that was provided by our team are not eligible for a return or a refund. 

Replacements are not eligible for a return or a refund.

 

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us within 30 days of your delivery date, however it must be unused and unopened. We will only provide you with a refund once we receive the product returned to us, and our team ensures it is unused and in resalable condition. There will be a $5-10 restocking & processing fee per item depending on package size. In the event that a product returned back to us is NOT in its original, unused and unopened condition, a 20% fee will be deducted from the item's refund.


Stolen/Lost Packages

We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages confirmed as successfully delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we can confirm the delivery address provided using the tracking link for the order.

 

Refused Packages/Incorrect Address/Not Picked Up on Time

If a package is refused at the time of the delivery by the customer and returned to us there will be a non-refundable return label fee and processing & restocking fee of approximately $35-$85 depending on the size of the package. Return label fees are charged by the carrier. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it wasn't picked up on time from the local postal office, there will also be a non-refundable return label fee and a new re-shipment fee if the customer wishes to have their package reshipped.
