Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


How to initiate a return?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please follow these guidelines:

Within 30 days of receiving the product, email our support team to initiate the return. Our support team will email you a shipping label to return the product. 

Please ship back the product to us within 7 days. If 7 days have gone by and the label has expired, a second label will not be issued and you will be responsible for handling the return costs. 

It is imperative to retain all original packaging - You will need to ship back the product to us, including all the original accessories it came with, in the original packaging. Products returned with unsatisfactory packaging will be refused and sent back to you.

After receiving back the product(s), it can take 1-3 business days for our warehouse to process it and for the refund to be issued, however in busy periods please allow up to 5 business days.


Exclusions & Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged or appear to be in a heavily used condition, including but not limited to scratches, cracks, dents, etc.
